My Social Impact is a consulting firm that helps organisations take social impact seriously, not as a side project, but as a core part of how the business is run.

We work mainly with social enterprises and B Corps, and also with corporates, brands, charities and NGOs that want clarity, credibility and confidence in how they create and communicate impact.

At its simplest, we help leadership teams answer three questions:
• What change are we really trying to create?
• How do we measure and manage that properly over time?
• How do we communicate it in a way that stands up to scrutiny?



Impact today is increasingly judged on performance, governance and long-term value, in the same way financial performance is.

Profit and purpose are often treated as separate conversations, but they shape the same decisions. Profit enables organisations to survive and grow. Purpose shapes how those decisions affect people, communities and the world, and increasingly influences resilience, brand value and investor confidence.

We help organisations bring these together so impact is managed with the same discipline as the rest of the business.


This matters because the impact economy has grown rapidly. Trillions of dollars are now invested globally in organisations expected to deliver both financial returns and positive impact. As a result, organisations are under increasing pressure to show that their impact is real, measurable and embedded, not just claimed.


We define impact as the lasting change an organisation creates through how it operates and makes decisions over time. It is not activity, intention or compliance. Real impact starts when purpose is set at leadership level and built into strategy, operations and governance, rather than bolted on afterwards.
